Bathing should be done with soap and water, paying particular attention to areas where dirt and sweat tend to accumulate such as armpit, groin and feet. Bathing is the answer to maintain cleanliness and body odor. Body bath regularly is crucial to keep body odor and skin infections at bay.

HAIRCARE

Parents should ensure that children’s hair is washed using a mild shampoo to prevent the buildup of oil, sweat and dirt which in turn becomes breeding ground for Lice and causes dandruff. Children must be taught to comb their hair to promote tangles and a healthy scalp.

NAILCARE

Nails can be the store house of dirt and micro-organisms, which in turn and be the source of infection for our children. They must be trimmed on a regular basis. This can also prevent them scratching themselves or others by accident.

Establishing healthy habits and routines at a young age can help prevent illness and promote overall well-being. By emphasizing the importance of personal hygiene, parents can help their children lead happy, healthy lives.
